What is a Virtual Scramble?

The LPGA Amateurs Virtual Scramble is an opportunity for you to compete with fellow LPGA Amateurs members from the US, Canada, Bermuda, and the Dominican Republic in a 4-person scramble, virtually from a course near you! Create your own team of 4 LPGA Amateurs members and play at any Par 72 course you choose during the tournament dates. You may choose to play in the Competitive Division (handicaps & scorecards required) or the Fun Division.

 

 

NEW For the Fun Division! (No Score or Handicap Required)

LPGA Amateurs is bringing a new element to the Virtual Scramble for those who don’t carry a handicap or just want to play for the fun team names, potential matching outfits, and the great cause!

  • Teams may choose to play nine or 18 holes on a golf course, or
  • Compete in an indoor golf simulator (like Top Golf, XGolf, etc.). This option is great for those in colder climes.
  • Do not need to submit a scorecard for scoring.
  • Prizes will be awarded in both divisions!

 

Who Can Play?

The Virtual Scramble is open to anyone, members and non-members. Non-members will be given a complimentary LPGA Amateurs Virtual Membership for one year.

 

How much is it to play?

 

$200 per team ($50 per person). The funds from the Virtual Scramble benefit the Women on Par Scholarship. This scholarship has empowered over 30 women to pursue higher education, helping them get "on par" with their peers and driving toward a better future! Your support does more than provide financial assistance; it gives the gift of confidence to resilient women.

 

 

Why should you play?

 

  • Funds from the LPGA Amateurs Virtual Scramble directly impact lives in YOUR Community.  The LPGA Amateurs Women on Par Scholarship has assisted almost 30 women in obtaining their college degree! 

 

 

 

 

 

  • The LPGA Amateurs Women on Par Grant could directly affect YOUR Chapter by providing educational programs and support to increase the number of under-represented members in your Chapter. 
  • And of course, multiple prizes will be awarded based on Gross and Net scores, as well as a few fun contests.  You will also receive LPGA Partner offers/discounts throughout the tournament!

 

 

How do I post my team photos?

 

 

The Awards Celebration will be conducted virtually on

Tuesday, August 5th at 7:00PM EST via Facebook.
