2026 U.S. Senior Amateur Qualifying

Practice RoundsPlayers may arrange a practice round by contacting the golf shop and identifying themselves as a competitor in the field. Practice rounds will be offered based on club availability within the timeframes listed below. 

 

Availability:

 

Tuesday, June 23rd through Sunday June 28th. Based on availability.

 

Notes:

  • Email Brad McCluski (Director of Golf) at bmccluski@dedhamclub.org to book your practice round. 
  • There will be a $35 (include tax) mandatory cart/trail fee per player.
  • Competitors are limited to one practice round. 
  • Players will be matched up with other players participating in practice rounds as needed.
  • The practice range is available to competitors prior to the practice round, only on the day of the round.

Starting Times:  Play will begin at 8:00am off the 1st tee. Pairings & Starting Times will be available after the close of entries and can be accessed by clicking the "Starting Times & Parings" tab above. There will be no registration on the day of the event, please report to your scheduled starting tee to receive local rules, hole locations, scorecard, etc. at least 10 minutes prior to your starting time.

 

Withdrawals:  To withdraw from a qualifier, please login to the USGA Portal and click WITHDRAW and select the Championship and Reason for withdrawing. If applicable, any refund will be processed within 5-7 business days. Once submitted, all withdrawals are final. If you need to withdraw within 48 hours of the qualifier, please also e-mail Grace McKinnon at gmckinnon@massgolf.org. 

 

Qualifying & Alternate Spots Available: 3 Qualifying Spots and 2 Alternate Spots. Qualifying players will advance to the U.S. Senior Amateur Championship at Baltimore Country Club (East Course), Lutherville, Maryland. 

 

Distance Devices:  The use of distance measuring devices is permitted.

 

Automotive Transportation (Golf Carts): While the player and the player’s caddie may use a golf cart, there is a “one seat” policy in effect during the stipulated round. Carts are available based on a first come first serve basis while supplies last. 

 

Caddies & Push Carts: Players are permitted to employ a caddy and/or use a push cart. 

 

Competition Tees/ Yardage: Competition Tees & Yardage are approximate and subject to change. Play will be approximately from Gold/Back Tees 6,080 yards (Par 70). Approximate Yardage Guide HERE.

 

Food & Beverage: Will be available and at the player's expense in the Main Dining Room from 11am-5pm (Cash Only). The Halfway House will be open all day (Cash Only).

 

Dress CodePlease observe the USGA dress code as stated in the application.
