Entry Fee: $480 per team. 

Note: A women’s club or golf facility may assist their team with the following expenses: entry fee, transportation, lodging, meals, practice round green fees and cart fees. This is permissible under the rules of Amateur status.

Eligibility: Only one CGA Women's member club/league per golf facility is eligible to enter. Each player must be an active member of the club they are playing for.

Field Size: 30 teams (120 players) 

Note: Tournament is filled on a first come, first served basis using the registration date and time, with two exceptions, two registration spots are saved for the previous years champions and host course. If a tournament is oversubscribed, a wait list will be maintained in case of cancellation. 

Format: ABCD Team Stroke Play – The gross score for all four team members are combined for the team score.  

Handicap Index Details: Each team must consist of one player from each of the following four handicap index ranges: A) up to 12.0 B) 10.0-20.0 C) 18.0-28.0 and D)26.0-36.0. Team members are allowed to play down a handicap range eg. (B player playing as an A player) but are not allowed to play up a handicap range eg. (A player playing as a B player).

Starting Time: Shotgun start at 8:30am  

Cart/Caddies: Carts included in entry. Two carts per group. Caddies are not allowed.

Prizes: Merchandise gift certificates are awarded for the top finishes. Ties for the low gross team, are played off in a hole-by-hole playoff, all other ties will be determined by USGA matching scorecards method (last nine = holes 10-18).

Electronic Scoring: Official scoring will be completed through your mobile device. Click HERE to view mobile scoring instructions. 

Food & Beverage: Lunch will be provided following play, included in entry. 

Score Posting: The CGA will post scores to GHIN for players.
