18 holes. Two-person match play
* Team Event. Handicap Index required
Starting tee time: 12:20 p.m.
If it's been a while since you played Forest Hills, you're in for a real treat!
Built in 1927--one the oldest courses in the PNW--this beautiful 18-hole layout on the edge of wine country offers rolling hills, scenic farmlands and mountain views. And more recently, it's been enhanced with new greens and bunkers, and a new practice putting course.
Two-person teams will play a best ball format on the front nine and a scramble format on the back. If you have a teammate, indicate so during registration and enter her name in the Notes field. If not, we'll pair you with another single.
Teams will be handicapped based on each teammate's handicap index. 🏆Prizes will be awarded to the top three teams.
Join us after the round on the Clubhouse patio for no-host F&B and awards.

***Two Important Reg Form Changes--Please Read***
1. Pairing Requests. The Chapter has introduced a new clear & consistent Pairing Policy to support event managers, avoid 'in‑groups,' encourage new connections, respect our host courses, and ensure a smoother experience for everyone. Therefore, while pairing requests may be added in the reg form Notes field, they will be considered but not guaranteed. All requests must be submitted prior to the reg deadline. Once pairings are published, requests to be re-partnered will not be accommodated; pairing changes will be made only for operational considerations.
- If you are bringing a non-member guest, your pairing request will be honored.
- If you are carpooling, let us know so we can schedule proximate tee times for you.
- In the case of Mixer Events, pairing requests will not be considered.
- In the case of Team Events, the reg form will allow you to enter team members.
2. Handicap. In an effort to optimize pairings to balance skill levels and improve pace of play, your GHIN ID (account) number will now be a required question in reg form. Enter your GHIN ID account # (not your Handicap Index). Those without a GHIN account should enter the numerals 1000.
