ELIGIBILITY JUNIOR GIRLS:
Entries open to amateur golfers who meet ALL of the following:
-Entrant into the Girls' Championship must be 18 years of age or younger for the duration of the championship, and not attending college.
-Entrant must possess UNQUESTIONABLE Amateur Status.
-Entrant meet ALL of these Handicap and Membership Requirements:
- Hold a USGA Handicap Index of 14.0 or less as of the close of entries at a member club/course. She must be listed on this club’s GHIN Handicap Roster.
- Maintain good standing and remain on the above Handicap Roster through the Championship proper.
-If entering from a public facility, or Club Without Real Estate, entrant must be a resident of New Jersey. Proof of residency may be required.
-NJ Golf Competitive Fairness Gender Policy
JUNIOR GIRLS CHAMPIONSHIP FORMAT:
An eighteen (18) hole, Stroke Play qualifying round will be held on Monday, June 22. The low 8 scorers will advance to two days (three rounds) of Match Play on Tuesday, June 23 and Thursday, June 25. Two rounds of Match Play will be played on Tuesday and the finals will be played on Thursday morning.
*The Champion will be exempt into the 2026 U.S. Girls' Junior Championship at Old Chatham Golf Club*
Transportation: Motorized transportation is PROHIBITED throughout this Championship. Spectator carts are NOT permitted.
Caddies: Prohibited in this competition.
Pull/Push Carts: Check specific event details to see if permitted in this competition.
FINAL DECISION REGARDING ACCEPTANCE OF ENTRIES IS AT THE DISCRETION OF NJ GOLF. THE COMMITTEE RESERVES THE RIGHT TO REJECT OR WITHDRAW AN ENTRY AT ANY TIME, BEFORE OR DURING A COMPETITION OR MODIFY THE CHAMPIONSHIP PROGRAM ANYTIME, IN ITS DISCRETION. IF NJ GOLF DETERMINES, IN ITS REASONABLE DISCRETION, THAT AN ENTRANT DOES NOT MEET THE ELIGIBILTY REQUIREMENTS, THE ENTRANT MAY BE DISQUALIFIED, EITHER BEFORE OR AFTER A CHAMPIONSHIP HAS BEEN PLAYED.
