  • Arrivals as scheduled
    • Francis Adderley will greet teams at the airport – he will be identifiable with a CGA sign
  • 2:00 pm to 7:00 pm: Delegation Registration at Hotel Lobby (Breezes)

 

Monday, August 3rd

  • 6:30am - 10:00am: Buffet breakfast 
  • 6:50 am: Start of player shuttles to the golf course (four shuttles)
  • 7:00am – 4:30pm – Driving Range Availability
  • 8:15 am: Team Photo Sessions at the Golf Course Clubhouse Lawn
  • 8:15 am: Team Photo Sessions at the Golf Course Clubhouse Lawn
    • 8:15 am: Bahamas
    • 8:20 am: Barbados
    • 8:25 am: Bermuda
    • 8:30 am: Cayman Islands
    • 8:35am: Dominican Republic

Tuesday, August 4th

  • 6:30am - 10:00am: Buffet breakfast 
  • 6:50 am: First player shuttle to the golf course
  • 7:30am – Second player shuttle to the golf course
  • 8:00am – Third player shuttle to the golf course
  • 8:00 am: Start of Round 1 Tee Times on Holes 1 and 10
  • 8:30am – Fourth player shuttle wave departing hotel
  • 9:00am – Final shuttle departing hotel
  • 2:30pm – First Player shuttle to the hotel
  • 3:00pm – Second Player shuttle to the hotel
  • 3:30pm – Third Player shuttle to the hotel
  • 4:00pm – Final Player shuttle to the hotel
  • 6:30 pm: Buffet dinner at the hotel

 

Wednesday, August 5th

  • 6:30am - 10:00am: Buffet breakfast 
  • 6:50 am: First player shuttle to the golf course
  • 7:30am – Second player shuttle to the golf course
  • 8:00am – Third player shuttle to the golf course
  • 8:00 am: Start of Round 1 Tee Times on Holes 1 and 10
  • 8:30am – Fourth player shuttle wave departing hotel
  • 9:00am – Final shuttle departing hotel
  • 2:30pm – First Player shuttle to the hotel
  • 3:00pm – Second Player shuttle to the hotel

Thursday, August 6th

  • 6:30am - 10:00am: Buffet breakfast 
  • 6:50 am: First player shuttle to the golf course
  • 7:30am – Second player shuttle to the golf course
  • 8:00am – Third player shuttle to the golf course
  • 8:00 am: Start of Round 1 Tee Times on Holes 1 and 10
  • 8:30am – Fourth player shuttle wave departing hotel
  • 9:00am – Final shuttle departing hotel
  • 3:30 pm: Closing Ceremony at the Golf course Clubhouse Lawn
  • 4:15pm: Player shuttles to the hotel
  • 6:30 pm: Buffet dinner at the hotel

 

Friday, August 7th

  • 6:30am - 10:00am: Buffet breakfast 
  • Departures as scheduled

 

 

ADDITIONAL NOTES

 

  • Advice carts per country will be label and ready for teams at the front of the clubhouse
  • Additional ice can be retrieved from the cart facility located below the clubhouse
  • Water coolers will be located on course and identifiable by white tents - available Tuesday - Thursday
  • Driving Range access - up to three designated golf carts per country will be located at the clubhouse entrance for teams to use for transport to the range
  • Driving Range - please note that the driving range is approximately 5 minutes away from the clubhouse. Please allow your players ample time to transport to/from the driving range. One station per country will be arranged and identifiable at the driving range. The grass tee line will be used for the tournament. 
  • During the tournament, the following shuttle teams will provide shuttle service for all players. Please note that any person with an advice badge or with the rules committee can also assist with shuttling on the following routes - The shuttle teams will also assist with collecting scores. When they ask, please allow them to take a photo of your scorecard.
  1. Shuttle Team 1 - Hole 3 - 4
  2. Shuttle Team 2 - Hole 8-9
  3. Shuttle Team 3 - Hole 9 to the Clubhouse/Number 10 for those making the turn
  4. Shuttle Team 4 - Hole 12-13
  5. Shuttle Team 5 - Hole 18 to the Clubhouse/Number 1 for those making the turn
