Guests are welcome to participate in up to two Golf Events, Golf Days, Social Events or Freaky Friday outings. After the second visit, we encourage guests to formally join the LPGA Amateur Golf Association - Denton County TX.
CANCELLATIONS:
Please check the weather forecast before you sign up. If the course is open, please plan on playing that day, regardless of weather. Absent an emergency, please do not cancel your registration after the registration deadline. Late cancellations prevent other players from playing in your time slot, and prevent the golf course from being able to sell that tee time.
Cancellation Guidelines:
- If you cancel after registration close, but prior to 24 hours from event start time you will receive refund minus $10
- If you cancel day of Event, Play Day, Tournament you will not receive a refund
PARTICIPATION IN OUR EVENTS:
All members play and participate at their own risk, and should review and adhere to local, state and government advisories.
- Participation in any LPGA Amateurs Chapter leagues, events and lessons is strictly voluntary and is a personal decision. Members are encouraged to review and follow national, state and local recommendations.
- We appreciate your understanding that changes in conditions and restrictions may require modifications to, and possibly cancellations of Chapter events, leagues and lessons.
