Bandon Dunes Resort

Join us at Bandon Dunes Golf Resort for a truly unforgettable golf experience, seven distinct links courses have been conceived in harmony with the natural environment. This trip covers five days, four nights, six rounds of golf, and a group dinner. 

 

Registration Opens: Monday, March 2, 2026 at 10:00 am

Registration Closes: Sunday, March 8, 2026 at 5:00 pm

Due to the expected popularity of this trip, registration will be handled using a lottery system.  All members may register for the trip through Sunday, March 8 at 5:00 pm.  If over 24 golfers have registered, a lottery will be used to determine the trip participants.

• The lottery will be randomized, and 24 players selected from the lottery.  Those not selected will be placed in a randomized order on the waitlist.
• When you register, the registration option will read "You may register for the waitlist at this time" and then you will click the button that says "Add to Waitlist".
• All entries will be considered "waitlisted" until the field is selected, at which time if you are selected you will be asked to pay a $500 deposit to reserve your spot. 

 

PRICING 

• Single occupancy (one golfer) -  approximately $3,900 per person 
• Double occupancy (two golfers) - approximately $5,980 for two, or $2,900 per person
• Non-golfers traveling with a single golfer are included in the single occupancy rate and do not need to pay anything additional.
• A $500 per person deposit is due when a player is selected off the waitlist. The remaining balance will be due by July 30.
• Rates are approximate based on 2026 rates. Finalized rates will be released over the summer and communicated to participants.

CANCELLATIONS

To withdraw for any reason, a player must notify the VSGA at cjones@vsga.org or by calling (804)-378-2300.

 

Refund Policy:

• Deposits are fully refundable prior to the remaining balance due date (July 30)
• Cancellations after the remaining balance due date (July 30) are refundable only if your spot is filled by another person.
