5 Hours - All competitors have exactly 5 hours after their 1st round starting time to report to their respective tee for their 2nd round starting time. Please provide yourself ample time when playing your 1st round to allow for lunch, practice, and anything else you need to do get ready for your 2nd round. Failing to make your 2nd round starting time will result in disqualification unless you are within 5 minutes of your time, you will be penalized 2 strokes. If there is a cause for delay that has affected the fields pace of play, the Committee will make the appropriate adjustments to the starting times for Round 2.

Competition Course Used - All Boys 13-18 will compete at The Springhaven Club on Monday July 1, 2019.

|
Low Qualifiers (2) - Two (2) boys will qualify to represent the Philadelphia Section PGA for the 43rd Junior PGA Championship at Keney Park Golf Course (Hartford, CT). The Boys Junior PGA Championship will take place on Tuesday-Friday, July 30-August 2, 2019.

Lunch - Lunch will be provided for all players between rounds 1 and 2.

Practice Rounds - Practice Rounds will be TBD at Course. Please call the golf shop to set up a time.

Push Carts - Push carts will be permitted at Course.

Range - Range balls will be available for all competitors at Course.

Spike Policy - NON-Metal and/or penetrating spike policy for ALL play. Tournament participants must abide by this policy to compete.

Withdrawal Policy - In order to receive a full refund, players must withdraw before 12 noon, 7 days prior to the event and prior to tee times being posted.
