ELIGIBILITY: Applicants must be active IGA Members. Individual members are tracked through their enrollment at an IGA Member Club (via GHIN). Eligible entries must be amateur golfers as defined by the USGA Rules. Members of the IGA (through an IGA Member Club) from out-of-state are eligible to compete. All players must be 25 years of age or older as of August 31, 2026. The Senior Division requires both members of the team to be 60 years of age or older as of August 31, 2026

 

IGA CODE OF CONDUCT: By registering for any Iowa Golf Association (IGA) championship, players acknowledge and agree to abide by the IGA Code of Conduct. Participants are expected to uphold the standards set forth by the Association throughout the duration of the event. FIELD: The field will be limited to 120 total players (60 two-person teams).

 

WAITLIST POLICY: Once the field limit has been reached, additional entries will be placed on a waitlist. Spots that become available prior to the entry deadline will be filled on a first-come, first-served basis from the waitlist. No spots will be reserved for selection by the IGA after the entry deadline.

 

FORMAT: 18 holes of Two-Person Scramble.

 

PAIRINGS, TEE TIMES: Entry confirmation & pairings will be emailed from the IGA office after the entry deadline. Pairing information will NOT be sent via standard mail to those who do not provide an email address. Pairings will also be made available on the IGA website, www.iowagolf.org.

 

WITHDRAWALS AND REFUNDS: Entry fees will be refunded if the IGA office is notified on or before Thursday, August 20 at 10:00 a.m. After this deadline, a $20.00 transaction fee will be applied to all withdrawals.

 

ENTRY FORM, FEE, and CLOSING DATE: Entrants are solely responsible for securing fees by the due date. Entries must reach the IGA office by 10:00 a.m., Thursday, August 20 and must be accompanied by the appropriate fee ($200 per team). You must enter online using a credit card at www.iowagolf.org up to the deadline or until a field limit is met, whichever comes first. Late, unsigned, or incomplete applications are not acceptable and will be returned. There will be no exceptions.
