*Entries submitted after the deadline will be placed on the pending list and will only be accepted if space becomes available in the qualifier.

| Starting Times | 8:00 am double tee start. Tee times will be posted on May 13 by 5:00 pm. |
| Entry Fee(s) |
$110* per player for the qualifying round. ($30 Late fee added to any entry accepted after the registration deadline.)

| Format | Individual 18-Hole Stroke Play. No playoff necessary as ties qualify. |

Caddie Information: Caddies are NOT permitted at CGA Events. Model Local Rules H-1.1 is in effect.
Spectator Information: Spectators are welcome at CGA championships. Spectators are not allowed to ride in a player’s golf cart at any time. Spectator cart rental is not guaranteed and is only permitted as provided in the CGA Tournament Manual. |
