Eligibility:
- Male amateur golfers who have a membership at a VGA member club and/or an active, valid GHIN handicap.
- Must be 55 years of age or older as of May 16, 2017.
Format: 2 Best Balls of 4 Man Teams. Gross & net prizes will be awarded.
Time: Tee Times starting at TBD.
Entry Fee: $42.50 per person includes golf and prizes.
Registration: On-line registration opens February 1, 2017. If you do not wish to take advantage of on-line registration, please call the VGA Office to process your registration. Please note - you will be subject to an additional fee of $5.00 per player if you wish to have the office process your registration.
- NOTE: This is an age-specific event, therefore, every player's birth date MUST be in his profile. If you are having trouble registering yourself or anyone in your group, please check to make sure that each of your partners has a birth date listed in his profile!
You may register your entire team of four at one time. Please note that whoever is registering the group will have to pay for the entire group at the time of registration. If you wish to sign up/pay individually, but you have a complete team, you will be asked for the names of the other players on your team during the registration process. If you do not have a complete team of four, you will be asked during the registration process to let us know how many players you need to complete your team.
Cart Policy: Carts are optional and may be paid for in the pro shop on the day of the tournament.
Entry Deadline: Entries must be received by May 12, 2017. If a player who is not on the waiting list wishes to enter the tournament after the entry deadline, and if there is an available spot for that player, there will be an additional charge of $10.00.
Tee Times/Pairings: will be posted at this portal site under the Pairing tab as soon as practicable after the close of entries.
Dress Code: Appropriate golf attire - collared shirts - no denim. If in doubt, please call the pro shop.
Cancellations: Cancellations can be made on line prior to the close of entries and will be refunded in full less a 3% credit card processing fee. After the close of entries and prior to the start of the tournament, entry fees will be refunded less a $10 pp cancellation fee and you must contact the VGA office to cancel. No refunds will be given after the start of the tournament.
Conditions/Schedules: The VGA reserves the right to alter any of the conditions and schedules herein. The decision of the VGA in any matter shall be final.
