TERMS OF THE COMPETITION
ELIGIBILITY
- This event is open to all amateur male and female golfers that meet the following requirements.
- One member of each team must meet TCGA Membership requirements as detailed on our website.
- Seniors must be at least 50 years old as of July 12, 2026.
- Super Seniors must be at least 65 years old as of July 12, 2026 and their age + GHIN Handicap Index must equal 75 or higher
- Golf professionals local to the Triple Cities region are permitted to play as well, limit one professional per team as long as the professional and/or their partner meets TCGA Membership requirements.
- TCGA Region includes the counties of Broome, Chenango, Tioga, Delaware, Susquehanna (PA) and Bradford (PA).
- As the TCGA works through progressive expansion to the West, we are expanding the eligible counties to include Chemung, Schuyler, and Steuben for all events with the exception of the Open Division for the Harding Brooks Insurance Agency TCGA Amateur Championship.
FIELD SIZE AND WAIT LIST
The field is limited to the first 32 two-person teams to apply. After the field limit is reached, teams will be placed on a wait list in order by their time of registration. If your team is charged but is not admitted into the field from the waitlist, you will be refunded in full.
ENTRIES, DEADLINE, AND REFUND POLICY
- Entries: An entry must be submitted online with payment prior to the deadline. Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
- Entry Fee: $140 per team ($70 per player). This includes all green fees, cart fees, prize pool, and skins. Host course members should discuss any entry fee reimbursements with host course.
- Please note - All major credit cards except American Express are accepted.
- Deadline: Completed entries must be received prior to the deadline (5PM EST on Thursday July 9, 2026). Late entries will not be accepted, regardless of reason.
- Refund Policy: The entry fee, less a $10 service fee, will be refunded if a player withdraws prior to the close of registrations. No refund will be awarded after the registration deadline.
FORMAT
The format is 18 holes of competition, two-person best-ball format.

- Senior Division: Blue Tees
- Super Senior Division: White Tees
- Women: White Tees
RULES
All play will be governed by the USGA Rules of Golf. Players will be provided a "Notice to Players" rules sheet containing local rules and conditions. The TCGA and/or the host course golf professional will be available to provide rulings and answer questions.

GOLF CARTS
The golf cart rental fee is included in the entry fee.
CADDIES
Additional caddies beyond your playing partner are not permitted for team competitions.
PRIZES
Prize payouts will be awarded as cash to approximately 20% of the field. There will be a $20 per team skins game included as part of the entry fee.
