U.S. Women’s Amateur Qualifying

Central Links Golf, on behalf of the USGA, would like to welcome you to 2026 U.S. Women’s Amateur Qualifying at Firekeeper.

 

General Information

 

  1. Event Description:  18-holes stroke play qualifying

 

  1. Dress Code: The USGA dress code will be enforced in addition to any club dress not provided for in our policy.

 

  1. Field: 35 Players

  1. Practice Rounds: Practice arounds are available. Please call Firekeeper at 785-966-2100 to arrange your practice round. The fee will be $60 (cart included) after 12:00pm on June 29. The fee will be $45 (cart included) on June 30. Regular rates apply all other days.

 

  1. Hotel Information: A special room rate of $109 per night is available at the Prairie Band Casino and Resort. Call the sales office at 785-966-7742 and mention that you’re playing in the qualifier to book your room.

 

  1. Course Setup: An estimation of the yardage for the qualifier is attached.   

 

  1. Food and Beverage: Food and beverage service will be available for purchase on site the day of the qualifier.  

 

  1. Practice Range: The practice range shall be made available one hour prior to the first starting time.

 

  1. Caddies: Caddies are permitted for USGA qualifying.  

 

  1. Playoff: In the event of a tie for any qualifying position or any alternate position, a sudden death (hole by hole) playoff will commence immediately following the completion of play at a hole to be determined by the committee. Announcements regarding playoffs will be made at the main scoreboard area.  

 

  1. Pace of Play: For USGA Qualifying the committee will institute the Central Links Golf pace of play policy. For additional information, see Pace of Play tab.
