Toyota Customer Appreciation Event

Please join us for our 2025 Kickoff event! We will be playing an 18-hole, 4-man scramble with ABCD blind-draw teams. Lunch will be provided after the round, and we will have a quick spring membership meeting. The entry fee is $35 per person, which includes lunch.

If you are not a course member, green and cart fees are additional. Please arrive early to ensure a prompt shotgun start!

Please make sure your annual JMC dues and any course memberships you would like are paid before Saturday, April 25th. You can pay your annual dues at the JMC website this year. Once you are signed in, you will see 2026 Membership Dues as a "round' scheduled for December 31st.

4PM - Toyota Event - 2-Man Best Ball Stableford

Special Event · Save the Date

Toyota Customer Appreciation Event

Thursday, August 6 · 4:00 pm Shotgun

2-Man Best Ball Stableford · Member-Member / Member-Guest

Men,

Our annual Toyota Customer Appreciation Event is coming up on August 6 — one of the most unique nights on the JMC calendar. Read carefully; this one has a different registration flow than our usual Thursday night.

Hosted by Toyota of Laramie

After the round, Toyota of Laramie is hosting food trucks and entertainment for players. The event concludes at 8:00 pm.

The 4:00 pm shotgun is early on purpose — so we can finish the round and still have time to enjoy the party before it wraps.

Attendance requires golf participation. No extra wristbands are available for non-playing friends or family.

Limited Field · 88-Player Cap

We're combining with the Ladies' Club this year, and total wristband allocation is limited — we're currently capped at 88 participants.

Register early if you want to play. We're hoping to add groups off the waitlist as availability opens up.

Format · 2-Man Best Ball Stableford

Two-player teams. On each hole, take the better of the two players' net scores and convert to Stableford points. 80% handicap applied.

Points: 6 hole-in-one / 5 double eagle / 4 eagle / 3 birdie / 2 par / 1 bogey / 0 double bogey or worse. Most team points wins.

One combined leaderboard across both nines — Stableford makes front and back fully comparable, so the whole field competes together.

Primarily a member-member event, with a guest option for this night only:

Solo — register as a single and we'll pair you with another JMC member.
With another JMC member — register together as a pair.
With a male guest — bring a male guest in town who is not a JMC member.

Important — how you add your partner or guest: you'll register them during your own registration, not via our usual “send a message to a manager” flow. This is why it's important to confirm with your partner beforehand.

The system will let you add both a member AND a guest — please don't. Register one other member OR one other guest. Make sure to select the “Playing with host?” checkbox.

Players without a valid handicap (members or guests): GolfGenius will use System 36 scoring to establish and apply a handicap after the round is complete.

Payment at Check-In — Arrive Early!

Because of the member-guest format, we cannot take registration fees at round signup.

Please arrive early and pay at check-in. With a 4:00 pm shotgun, plan to be at the course by 3:30 pm at the latest.

Hole-In-One Club Entry Fee

Yes

Registration for Optional Hole-In-One Club

As there were no qualifying hole-in-ones during the 2025 season, the balance for this season starts at $3,800!

The cost is $20 per season. Click 'playing' below to join or register on the website once logged in.

JMC members may join at any point during the season and must be paid in full before being eligible for the prize.
Hole-in-one (HIO) eligibility extends ONLY to the following JMC-only events: weekly Thursday evening events (including Thursday events moved to other nights of the week), Brown & Gold Cup, Club Championship, Kickoff Scramble, and Fall Tournament. Hole-in-ones outside of these events do not qualify for the pool.
The $20 entry fees, less processing fees, will be applied to the following:
- Cost of a JMC HIO trophy/display case for the winner.
- The remainder of the pool will be paid 50% to the player via check and 50% toward a bar tab, either immediately on the event day or on an evening to be determined shortly after the hole-in-one. Any amount not spent at the bar will additionally be awarded to the player. The open-bar tab will be cut off if the 50% dollar amount is reached.
- If/when a HIO put reaches the 3rd season, a 20% rollover from the current pot will seed the next pot when awarded.
If/when a HIO is achieved, another entry fee will open immediately, and the process will start over.
All HIO club members and guests of the winner are invited to the gathering. Additionally, if the event occurs on the same day as the HIO, all present may benefit from the bar tab.
Eligibility is only for the current season. At the end of the season, the current prize pool will roll over into the following year's pot. All members wishing to play in the following season must re-enter the next year to remain eligible for the prize pool. All entries in the HIO club the following year will have eligibility to win the entire HIO prize.

Example:

The current pool, after fees/20% rollover and trophy, is $4,000. Bob gets a hole-in-one on a Thursday night. Bob will receive cash or check for $2,000. The remaining $2,000 will be applied to a bar tab at the party in his honor. After the tab and tip, Bob spends $600. He will receive the $1,400 cash remainder.
