11:15 am – Team Arrivals - Please leave your golf bag neatly in front of the Pro Shop. 

11:30 am - Welcome & Lunch - The Porch

12:00 pm – Team Photos - 1st Tee

12:00 pm - Practice Facilities - Open one hour before the first tee time

1:00 pm – Matches (1:00 pm – 1:50 pm) - Foursomes in 10-minute intervals

6:45 pm – Dinner & Guest Speaker - Carol Semple Thompson - The Porch

 

Friday, July 17^th

 

7:05 am - Team Arrivals - Please leave your golf bag neatly in front of the Pro Shop. 

7:15 am – Breakfast - The Porch

7:40 am - Practice Facilities - Open one hour before the first tee time

8:40 am – Matches (8:40 am – 9:30 am) - Foursomes in 10-minute intervals

1:30 pm – Lunch & Closing Remarks - The Porch
