Entry Fees
- $300
Entry includes green fees, range balls, food, prizes, and tournament administration.
Transportation
Golf carts are optional and available at the player’s expense as an add on in the registration. Each group is limited to two carts and two bags per cart. Players electing to ride must share a cart unless a valid medical exemption is provided.

36-Hole Stroke Play (Gross Scoring)
MAX GROSS SCORE OF DOUBLE PAR PER HOLE (EX. Par 3 Max Score 6, Par 4 Max Score 8, Par 5 Max Score 10)
Eligibility
Entries are open to amateur golfers who meet the following criteria:
- Hold an active and established Handicap Index® issued through an AGA member golf club licensed under the World Handicap System™.
- Have posted at least eight (8) scores at AGA member courses within 18 months of the Last Accepted Entry Date.
- Have reached their 55th birthday (Men) or 50th birthday (Women) by the Last Accepted Entry Date.

Rules & Local Conditions
- F-13: Relief from animal hoof damage permitted
- F-14: Loose impediments (e.g., wood chips) considered Ground Under Repair
- Relief permitted from marked Ground Under Repair areas
Driving Range
Available one hour prior to the first tee time each day. Range balls will be pre-staged. Please do not purchase range balls at check-in.
Doubt as to Procedure
Rule 3-3 applies. If in doubt, play a second ball and report to the Committee immediately after the round.
Scoring
Electronic scoring will be used via the Golf Genius Mobile App.
- One designated scorer per group will enter all scores.
- All players must verbally confirm scores with the scorer and Tournament Scoring Officials post-round.
- A paper scorecard must be retained as backup.
Pairings
- Initial pairings will be posted via Golf Genius prior to Round 1
- Re-pairings will be based on standings following each round
Terms of Entry
By submitting an entry, you affirm that you meet all eligibility requirements and agree to the following:
- The AGA and host facility reserve the right to reject an entry at any time, before or during the championship.
- Grounds for rejection include, but are not limited to, unsportsmanlike conduct, refusal to comply with AGA policies, or failure to accept the inherent risks of golf.
- You accept full personal liability for any health-related or other risks associated with participation.
- You waive the right to protest decisions made by the AGA or Tournament Committee.
- You grant permission to the AGA to use your name, photograph, and tournament-related information in promotional or media content across print, digital, or broadcast platforms.
Note: The AGA Tournament Committee reserves the right to revise any conditions of the competition or schedule prior to or during the event.
