Tanglewood Golf

 

Tanglewood Park, home of two championship golf courses designed by Robert Trent Jones, Sr is one of the premier public golf facilities in the U.S. Nestled along the Yadkin River in North Carolina’s Piedmont region, the Championship and Reynolds Courses are both scenic and challenging, having hosted some of the game’s greatest players.

The historic Championship Course, site of the 1974 PGA Championship and the Vantage Championship (1988–2002), underwent a major renovation in 2018 led by Robert Trent Jones II and Richard Mandell. Updates included redesigned bunkers, Champion Bermudagrass greens, and new play angles.
