SHOTGUN:  11:00 AM

ENTRY: $295/player  The entry fee includes round of golf, golf cart, range balls, breakfast prior to the round, caddie fees AND caddie gratuity!

FIELD SIZE: Open to the first 96 players who sign up. After we have reached our limit, players will be placed on a waiting list.

REGISTRATION:  Players can register as an individual or may register up to 4 players at a time.  Registration opens on September 9, 2026.  Closing Date is December 9, 2026 @ 5:00 PM.

PAIRINGS:  If you register as an individual, but would like to make a request to play with a certain individual(s) who are also signed up we will try and pair you together.  Any pairings requests must be submitted at least a week in advance to Joseph Galindo at jgalindo@nevadagolf.org. After December 9th, pairing request are finalized. We cannot guarantee any additional changes or adjustments after this date.

REFUND POLICY: If a player cancels from an event prior to the entry closing deadline, their refund will be honored less a $15 administrative fee.  If a player cancels after the entry closing deadline but more than 4 days prior to the competition, a refund will be honored less 50% of the entry fee.  No refunds will be honored for cancelling less than 4 days prior to the competition.
