| Eligibility |
Entry is open to any girls high school golf team(Public or Private) in North Carolina or South Carolina or any individual female golfer in North or South Carolina from the high school graduation class of 2026, 2027, 2028, or 2029. |
| Acceptance Process | 1. Coach enters team on line. (Individuals may register; individuals will not be accepted unless space is available after the close of entries.) 2. All entries will be placed on pending list. 3. During registration, coaches will be asked to record their top 3 players based on the NC Junior Rankings (this is not your roster). 4. After three weeks (Monday, August 31) we will accept schools based on power ranking (average ranking). If there is still space available, we will switch to first come first served registration. 5. Coaches of accepted teams will receive an email with tournament information and an email to pay the entry fee online by Friday, September 18. 6. Entry Fee must be paid by Monday, September 28. 7. Coaches must submit final roster by 5pm on Thursday, September 24. 8. Pairings will be posted by 5pm on Friday, September 25. |

| Course Setup | 5,283 yards (Red tees) Yardages are subject to change. |
| Format | The tournament is conducted at 18-holes of team and individual stroke play with a max score of 8 on each hole. Each team may be represented by four players and must return three individual 18-hole scores to qualify for the team competition. In case of a tie for the team title, the fourth individual score will be used to break the tie. If the fourth individual scores are the same, the school will share the team title. A tie for medalist will be shared. |

| Push/Pull Carts | Push carts are allowed and encouraged at all TYGA tournaments. |
| Electronic Measuring Devices | Players may use an approved measuring device during this event (NO SLOPE). |
| Caddie Information | Caddies are NOT allowed. |
| Prizes |
A tie for first place in the team division will be broken by the fourth player’s score. If still tied, teams will share first place. A tie for individual medalist will be shared. All other trophy ties will be broken on holes 10-18. Then, if needed, holes 13-18, then 16-18 if needed. |
| Tournament of Champions | Invitations for the 2026 Tournament of Champions will be extended to the overall individual champion. |
| Rankings Information | This event is used the for CGA/TYGA Junior Rankings, Tier 2. More details on CGA/TYGA rankings can be found HERE. |
| GHIN Posting | TYGA WILL post scores to a player's GHIN handicap record as long as the player's GHIN Number is in their tournament registration profile! |
| Spectator Policy | Spectator Carts: Spectator carts will be available to rent for $45 per cart. Spectator Policy: Spectators are encouraged to follow their child(ren). We do ask that all spectators remain on the cart path (roughs if no cart paths), unless assisting with the search for a golf ball. View our Spectator Policies for more information. |
| Withdrawal and Refund Policy | If you cannot compete in the event, you must withdraw from the event online or by contacting the CGA office at 910-725-4235 prior to the day of the tournament. If you do not withdraw properly, you are considered a "no show" and you will be suspended from TYGA events for 1 year. |
