Registration Fee: 

APLMA Full Member - Maximum of 4 representatives - HK$750 per player will be charged*

APLMA Associate Member - Maximum of 2 representatives - HK$750 per player will be charged*

Additional playing Member attendees at HKD3,200 per person

* The registration fee will be donated to a Queen Mary Hospital associated charity in memory of our good friend and colleague, Les Collett, who organised so many of our previous golf days.

All places are allocated on a first-come-first-serve basis.

Please note this is a MEMBERS ONLY event.  Guests are not permitted.

Please advise any special requests for playing arrangements as early as possible. 

*Important Note*

As required by the Hong Kong Golf Club, any cancellation should be advised by no later than 4 November 2019. 
No-shows or late cancellations will be charged at HK$3,200 per person.  Please note this also applies to all members.
