ENTRY ELIGIBILY, PROCEDURE & INFORMATION
Championship Division: Entries are open to female amateur golfers who have completed their college eligibility, have reached their 23rd birthday on or before Thursday, May 28th, and have a USGA Handicap Index of 6.0 or less.
Senior Division: Entries are open to female amateur golfers who have reached their 50th birthday on or before Thursday, May 28th and have a USGA Handicap Index of 6.0 or less. (Under 6,000 yardage)
TOURNAMNENT REGISTRATION: Registration will be on the www.amateurgolfalliance.org website. Non-exempt applicants are not guaranteed a spot in the championship field; applicant entries will be reviewed based on playing experience, competitive success, rankings and merit against those of other applicants. Non-exempt applicants are encouraged to submit a playing resume (via email to email@example.com or other documents to substantiate their competitive history. All entrants will be notified if they have been assigned a position in the starting field on or before Wednesday, May 6th.
All exempt players who meet the criteria outlined below are required to register before Monday, March 23rd at 5:00 pm (Central). Entries received from exempt players after such date will be processed and reviewed with all other entries, including those of non-exempt applicants.
- Last five years U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Champions;
- Last three years U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Runner-ups;
- Last two years U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Semifinalist;
- Last year’s U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur Quarterfinalists;
- Top fifteen in Stroke Play qualifying in 2019 U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur;
- Top ten in Stroke Play qualifying in 2018 U.S. Women’s Mid-Amateur;
- Top fifteen in the Stroke Play qualifying in 2019 U.S. Women’s Amateur;
- Top 300 in the R&A/USGA World Amateur Golf Ranking (WAGR)*;
- Amateur Golf Alliance/Host Club Selections (maximum of 6).
*Rankings are considered as of the date of entry being received.
FORMAT & FIELD SIZE
The Championship will be contested over 54 holes of Individual Stroke Play, with 18 holes per day. The field is limited to 72 competitors.
ON-SITE CHAMPIONSHIP REGISTRATION
All competitors must register with AGA staff member prior to the start of the Championship. Players that do not register may be subject to disqualification. Official tournament registration will be on Wednesday, May 27th from 8:00 am - 5:00 pm at Loblolly Golf Club. Competitors who are unable to register on the date and time listed must contact AGA staff (firstname.lastname@example.org) in advance of the Championship. Those who fail to register, and notify the AGA of their intent to compete, risk forfeiting their spot in the field.
OFFICIAL PRACTICE ROUND
Players are limited to complementary practice round on the designated practice round date. All confirmed competitors must contact the golf shop at (772-546-8705) no earlier than Wednesday, May 13th, to schedule a practice round for Wednesday, May 27th.
STARTING TIMES & PAIRINGS
Starting times and pairings for the first and second rounds will be made available no later than Friday, May 22nd. Final Round starting times and pairings will be available in the evening after play online at www.amateurgolfalliance.org in the Tournament Office and the Golf Shop. Final round starting times will be re-drawn, based on total score.

TRANSPORTATION & CADDIES
The Championship will be a riding event. Cart will be provided for players; carts will be limited to two riders per cart and two carts per group. Players may have caddies, but caddies are not guaranteed a seat.
*The Loblolly Clubhouse is cash or check ONLY for food and beverage, cards can be used in the Porshop.* Clubhouse Facilities will be open daily at 7:00 AM. Player’s will be responsible for breakfast and lunch purchase during the practice round and breakfast for each round. Lunch is provided for all three rounds of the Championship and is included. Guests may dine with players but will be charged the appropriate cost for the same meal. Acceptable forms of payment in the clubhouse will be distributed to players in advance of the Championship. All other food and beverage consumed will be at the competitor’s expense.
Practice Facilities at the host club will be available to all competitors for the duration of the Championship. The practice facilities will open Wednesday, May 27th at 9:00 AM and throughout each Championship round, beginning one hour prior to the first starting time. Prior to the Championship, the club course, practice areas and clubhouse will be closed to participants unless the guest of a member.
POLICIES, PROCEDURES & CONDITIONS OF COMPETITION
The AGA Code of Conduct and Dress Code are in effect throughout the Championship. Violations will be dealt with based on the severity of the misconduct. All competitors should be familiar with all AGA Conditions of Competitions and Policies. The Championship will be conducted by the 2020 USGA Rules of Golf.
WITHDRAWAL & NO SHOW POLICY
If you find you cannot compete in the Championship, you must officially withdraw from the event by contacting AGA staff Amanda Kolb at email@example.com or (469-458-0806). If you do not officially withdraw, you may be subject to DISQUALIFICATION from future AGA Championships. Any player withdrawing prior to Monday, May 4th at 5:00 PM Central will receive a full refund, less a $25.00 administrative fee. Any withdrawals after the entry deadline, will not receive a refund unless a spot is filled by a competitor on the waitlist.
