2026 All-Chapter Golf Spectacular

 

When:  July 19, 2026 

 

Location:  River Oaks Golf Course

 

Cost: $46 for players 62+, and $54 for players under 62 

  Includes green fees, prizes/drawings, and $10 food coupon to be used at the course during        or after your round.  Carts are additional and payable at the course.

 

We’re gearing up for our All-Chapter Golf Spectacular Event at River Oaks Golf Course on July 19th. Come join fellow members for a day of golf, food, fun, prizes, drawings, and reconnection with MN Metro members from across the chapter and other leagues. Bring a non-member guest to join you in the scramble if you wish.

 

Event Options: 2-person Scramble or Stroke Play. Both events will be flighted based on number of players, player skill level, and handicaps.

 

2-Person Scramble

  • Options for scramble team pair-up: 
    • Sign up with a fellow LPGA member or
    • Sign up as a single and we’ll find someone to play as your partner or
    • Invite a non-member friend to join us and introduce them to our chapter and organization.
  • Scramble players do not need a formal handicap but will need to tell us your approximate skill level or score for a typical round of golf for determining flights

 

Stroke play

  • Players must be active chapter members and have a current GHIN handicap

 

Pin Prizes will be open for all players of both events - e.g. longest putt, closest to the wine box, longest drive, etc.

 

Prizes, Drawings,19th Hole After Golf – we have reserved the back room at River Oaks to gather and eat/drink after golf, award prizes, have drawings, and generally have fun.  Plan to stay to join us for social hour.

 

Volunteer Needs: Our planning committee is pulling all the details together and we have a few day-of volunteer positions:

 

  • Check-In: Player check-in at event, distribution of player goodie bags, waters, other items (volunteer can play in the scramble event)
  • Scoring Table: Score check/submission support at end of round (volunteer can play in the stroke play event)
  • Photographer: Can limit photography to just teeing off and can play in the last group of the 2-person Scramble or can just take pictures, your choice.

Range balls can be purchased for $8 (approx. 40 balls).

Registration and Guest Information

 

Registration cost: $46 players 62 and over, $54 players under 62.  

 

Carts: Carts are not included in the registration fee.  They are $22 and $17 plus tax for under and over 62 respectively.

 

Guests:  Two-person scramble players may invite one guest.  You can register and pay for your guest when you register for the event, or the guest can register and pay separately.  Send your guest the link to this site, available on the website or in the newsletter, to register. If one person is a senior and one is not, please register individually.   

 

 Registration opens June 15th and ends July 12th.  There will be no refunds after registration ends.
