3rd Annual 2 Men/2 Women Scramble
August 24th & 25th, 2019

This is a four-person mixed scramble, with shotgun starts at 8:00 a.m. and 1:30p.m. (Sat & Sun). Flights will be determined following Saturday’s play.
USGA rules apply with the following exceptions:
- Play the ball “up” one club length in the "general area.” You may not improve your position on the course. The ball must stay in like condition. (i.e., can’t move from rough to fairway). “General area” is anywhere on the course except penalty areas and the green for the hole being played. Penalty areas: the selected ball will be played “as it lies” all other balls must be dropped as near as possible in the same location.
- Putts are “good” when they measure from black tape on flagstick to the end of the flagstick (approx. 36 inches).
- The 14 club rule is not in effect.
- Sure Putts are $40/team. One woman and one man may use the sure putt (on green only) on Saturday and the remaining woman/man on Sunday.
Tees:
Men – White Tees
Senior Men (62 & Up) – Green Tees
Women – Red Tees
Senior Women (62 & Up) – Yellow Tees
If players cannot agree on proper ruling, the team involved should play two balls and keep both scores. Upon completion of the round, check with Maumelle Golf Professional Cary Maddox.
Improvement by more than a predetermined number of strokes in Sunday’s round will result in reflighting a team.
PREVENT SLOW PLAY. Please keep pace with the group ahead. Repair all ball marks and fill your divots with sand.
