Tuesday, August 4th - 18-Hole Individual Stroke Play (Two Lowest Scores Count) 

 

• Team Pennsylvania - 3 players - 3 girls
  VS.
• Team Delaware - 4 players - 2 girls & 2 boys

 

Format: Each player will compete in an 18-hole individual stroke play round. At the conclusion of play, the two lowest individual scores from each team will be combined to determine the team's total score. The two counting scores may come from any combination of players, regardless of gender. The team with the lowest combined total of its two counting scores will be declared the winner of the match. 

 

Tie Procedure: If the teams finish tied, the third-lowest individual score from each team will serve as the first tiebreaker. If still tied, the fourth score will be used. If the teams remain tied after all scores have been compared, the match will be declared a tie.

 

Competition: The match will be conducted in accordance with the Rules of Golf as approved by the USGA and any Local Rules established by the Committee. Local rules sheets will be handed out to each player on the starting tee.
