2026 Junior River Cup Information
Updates:
- Team Mississippi will wear Blue Shirt with stone/khaki shorts on Saturday and Red Shirt with Navy Blue Shorts on Sunday. The girls will wear same shirt but with white skirt/shorts. Players not able to check-in on Friday can get their team shirts on Saturday morning before their Four-ball Match.
Louisiana players will need to check with Jake on what shirt and shorts to wear on each day.
- Greenville has very limited club carts so parents will have to pair up in carts or will have to walk. Only one Greenville Club cart will be allowed per match. So, parents from both Mississippi and Louisiana will have to share the cart. I do apologize for the inconvenience.
- Saturday Night there will be pizza on the back patio as soon as players finish with their afternoon matches. Parents are welcome to join in on the fun as well. The Pizza will be free to everyone but all beverages will have to be purchased in the grill of the clubhouse.
Entry Fee: $250 check/cash ($260 credit or debit) per player
Format: The format will be Four-Ball Matches Saturday morning and Foursome matches (alternate shot) Saturday afternoon. Singles matches will be played on Sunday. Four-Ball and Foursome matches will be worth 1 point each and the singles matches will be worth 1 point each. The Boys 10-11 will play 9-hole matches in both four-ball and foursome on Saturday, and 18-hole singles matches on Sunday. Each team will have a team captain and caddies will not be allowed in any division. All players are required to walk and may use push carts or carry their bag.
Practice Round: Practice rounds are available on Friday, September 11th, at a rate of $30 for the cart fee. Players will need to contact Greenville Country Club (662.322.7205) to schedule practice rounds.

Boys 14-18 will play the Blue MGA Tee markers. Boys 12-13 and Girls 13-18 will play the White MGA Tee markers and Boys 10-11 will play the Gold MGA Tee markers. The tee markers will be out for players during their practice rounds on Friday, September 11th.
Player Check-In: Players can check-in on Friday with their captain before their practice rounds to receive their team uniform. Check with your captain on what shirt and shorts to wear for each day. Players not able to check-in on Friday will need to contact their captain on how to receive their team uniform.
Team uniform: Mississippi Boys will need to bring navy blue shorts and khaki/stone shorts. The Mississippi Girls will wear white skirts or shorts.

Player Food & Beverage: Lunch will be provided on Saturday between player’s four-ball and foursome matches. Captains will have snacks and drinks for players. Spectators and players will be able to purchase food and drinks in the Clubhouse grill.
Spectator Carts: Spectator carts will be available, the cost will be $30 per person paid directly to Greenville CC. Greenville CC has very limited carts, so we ask that all spectators to please share carts when possible.

Singles matches will be released following play on Saturday, September 12th. Tee times for Saturday will begin at 7:30AM in 8-minute intervals in the order of Boys 10-11, Boys 12-13, Girls 13-18, Boys 14-15, & Boys 16-18
