Event Name: Inaugural Team Scramble Championship

📍 Host club: Hot Springs Village - Desoto and Balboa

📅 Date: November 21-22, 2026

Registration Opens: Oct 13th, 2026 by invitation only

Registration Closes: November 17th, 2026 at 4 pm CST

 

Eligibility: Invitational based on season long Team Events points list.

 

Handicap Index Requirements: There are no maximum or minimum requirements for handicaps; however, a GHIN number is required at registration for each participant.

 

Tee Markers:

Under 70: Gold HSV Tees

Legends: Orange HSV Tees

 

Entry Fee: $100 per player. Entry fee includes green fee, cart, and range balls.

 

Format: Two day scramble championship - teams will be made based on the points list. Number 1 on the list will be paired with Number 24, Number 2 will be paired with Number 23 etc. 

 

Schedule of Events:

 

Tee Times: 

Round 1: Desoto GC - 12:12 pm - 12:52 pm

Round 2: Balboa GC - 9:32 am - 10:12 am

 

Food: Lunch will be provided following the final round during awards at the Balboa Tavern. 

 

Prizes: Top two Gross teams and Top Net Team will be awarded during the luncheon following the completion of the final round of play.

 

Refund Policy: Participants who withdraw before the registration deadline will receive a full refund, minus a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after the registration deadline.
