DETAILS: AZ Golf is partnering with LPGA*USGA Girls Golf of Phoenix for a fun day giving back to our local girls golf community. Join us for competition and community! We will be having a golf apparel and equipment drive, raffles and prizes. 

 

DATE:  December 16, 2026

 

FORMAT: 18 holes of team scramble Net and Gross. (Gross only for Championship Division).  

 

Teams will choose the division they wish to compete in (Championship or Field) upon registration. 

 

 

HANDICAPPING: The Field Division will be flighted, flights will be determined using the players Handicap Index as of December 8th, 2026. 

 

FIELD SIZE:  80 Players

 

REGISTRATION DEADLINE:  December 8th, 2026 at 4 p.m.

 

YARDAGE: Projected yardages are posted on the portal. The yardage is subject to change at the discretion of the AZ GOLF staff.

                                                                                   

ELIGIBILITY: Open to all female players with active AZ Golf memberships or guest of members. All players must also adhere to the Tournament and Player Regulations which can be found HERE.

 

TOURNAMENT SCHEDULE:

Wednesday, December 16

7:15-8:15 Registration and tee gift pickup 

8:30 am shotgun start. 

 

Luncheon and awards after. 

                                                                                    

PRACTICE ROUNDS:  Practice rounds may be scheduled for play by calling the pro shop. 


PAIRINGS: Tournament pairings will be emailed to participants by end of day on December 10th, 2026.

 

PRACTICE FACILITY:  Will be available one hour prior to play. 

 

CADDIES: Caddies are NOT permitted for the event.   

 

GOLF CARTS:  The use of golf carts is included in the registration fee; however, players are permitted to walk if interested.  AZ GOLF Cart policy (maximum of two riders per cart and maximum of two carts per group) will be enforced.   

 

In addition, the following policies will be enforced:

  • Spectator carts are not permitted for insurance reasons, NO EXCEPTIONS.
  • Carts are assigned only to contestants. 
  • Restrictions on cart use for players are at the discretion of the Host Site and all players are bound by those requirements, subject to withdrawal for violations of that policy.  Any such restrictions will be posted at the tournament site.
  • Carts must be kept on paths if available near greens and tees.
  • Any non-player riding with a player is considered a caddie and subject to any potential Rules violations.
  • Pull carts are permitted as long as not in conflict with the Host Club rules.

 

WITHDRAW POLICY:  

  • Players who withdraw prior to the close of registration will receive 100% of the entry fee, regardless of reason, minus a $10 administration fee.
  • Players who withdraw after the close of registration will not receive a refund.

 

 

Players may withdraw by calling the AZ GOLF office at (602) 944-3035 during normal business hours or calling the Withdraw Line at (602) 944-3035 ext. 210 and leaving a message.

 

PAYOUTS: Van's Golf Shop gift cards will be given to top finishers following the event. Specific payout amounts will be posted at the event.
