On behalf of the Allegheny Amateur tournament committee, we would like to thank you for your entry into this year’s event. You will also find additional details on our website, www.alleghenyamatuer.com. The first round’s tee times will be posted on our website by Thursday at 5:00 pm. You will also be able to follow the tournaments standings on the website. Good luck to all participants!
Format: 36 holes of medal play. The event will have an Open amateur competition. There will be a Senior (age 50 and older as of September 21, 2019) competition and a separate Super Senior (age 65 and older as of September 21, 2019).
Prizes: The top one-third of the field in each division will receive golf shop merchandise certificates with a total anticipated cash payout of approximately $7,000. Each participant will also receive a tee gift.
Practice Round: Please contact the Golf Shop at 540-552-9164 to schedule your practice round. A cart fee is required.
Saturday Rounds: The first round’s tee times will be posted on our website by Thursday at 5:00 pm. www.alleghenyamateur.com
Caddies: You are permitted to have a caddie if you choose. However, only one of you is permitted to ride in the cart during the tournament.
Spectators: Spectators are allowed, but are prohibited from riding in golf carts.
Food: Each competitor will receive lunch each day of the competition.
Tee Time Request: If you have a tee time request for the first round, please contact Casey Jones, PGA by 3:00 pm Wednesday.
