We hope you enjoyed the 2019 USAGA International, America’s only USAGR triple-weighted tournament with opportunities to secure a berth on the US Para-Golf Team and/or compete to earn WR4GD world ranking points.

 

The International is a 54-hole stroke play event with the 18-hole final round scores from selected players also determining the International Cup Team Challenge winner. Players will compete in 16 divisions: Open, Women, Seniors (60 and over), G1 and G2 Single Leg Impairment, G3 Multiple Leg Impairment, G4 Single Arm – Unassisted, G5 Single Arm – Assisted, G6 Multiple Arm Impairment, G7 Multiple Arm and Leg Impairment, G8 Neurological Conditions and Coordination Impairments, G9 and G10 Sitting Golfers, G11 and G12 Visually Impaired, G13 Visually Impaired, and G14 Short in Stature. USAGA COMPETITION AND USA PARA-GOLF TEAM

Players played from a tee box in accordance to their impairment level and/or gender or age as follows:

 

Black Tee Box (Back) - G1, G2, G5, G14 and Open (any player from any other sport class opting to play for the overall tournament championship).

 

White Tee Box (Middle) – G3, G4, G6-G8, and G11-G13

 

Red Tee Box (Front) – Women, Seniors, G9, and G10

 

Qualification as a USA Para-Golf Team member is based upon USAGR ranking performance throughout the season, culminating with the triple-weighted USAGA International. The top two (2) impaired players in each classification will be elected as team members for the upcoming year. USA Para-Golf Team members will be invited to play in special events, clinics, and other USAGA national and international competitions.
