Site: Meadow Lakes Golf Course | Prineville, Ore. & Eagle Crest Resort | Redmond, Ore.

Format: Individual Stroke Play Competition

Entry Fee: 18 Hole Divisions - $60 / 9-Hole Divisions - $40

Entry Includes:

• 2 Rounds of golf
• Lunch both days
• Trophies to the top 3 finishers in each division
• The Champion for each division will receive an invitation to the Tournament of Major Champions.
