CWGA Membership Registration
Join CWGA (New Member Instructions):
- You must carry a GHIN from a CWGA member club
- Scroll down below and click the Click Here to Register the green button
- The webpage will refresh. Then input your GHIN Number and Last Name and click Register.
- Set up your account information.
- DO NOT CHECK the box to "Unsubscribe from email communication from CWGA". The CWGA communicate all tournament and event information through email so you must be subscribed. The CWGA does not share our membership list to outside groups.
- Select “Register” at the bottom of the page.
- Accept the Acknowledgements and select "Next" at the bottom of the page.
- Select the “Payment” tab at the top and follow the prompts to pay.
Renew CWGA Membership (Returning Member Instructions):
- Sign into your account below using your email address and Golf Genius password.
- Click on the "Payment" tab in the header and then click on the dropdown "Log in/Edit Profile." Go to the "Payment" tab in the header and click the dropdown "Log in/Edit Profile" to update your address, phone, email, etc.
- DO NOT CHECK the box to "Unsubscribe from email communication from CWGA". The CWGA communicates all tournament and event information through email so you must be subscribed. The CWGA does not share our membership list to outside groups.
- There is a box to change or update your password. You are not required to change your password when renewing your membership. You can just leave those boxes blank.
- Select the "Update" button at the bottom of the page.
- Select the “Payment” tab at the top and follow the prompts to pay.
Note: August 1, 2026 is the membership registration deadline to be eligible for the Past Presidents’ Cup Matches.
Update Your Contact Information/Profile:

- Then click on the "Payment" tab in the header and then click the dropdown "Log in/Edit Profile" to make address, phone, email, etc. updates
