SCGA 4-Ball Qualifier

Saturday, March 07, 2020 - Sunday, March 08, 2020

FORMAT DESCRIPTION:  2-day event; each round, 2-man Teams will play Best Ball tournament.  Best cumulative 2-day team net total will win. The qualifier will be played under the SCGA’s current format: Players play to a 3 month LI, each player receives 90% of CH, if partners’ course handicaps differ by more than 8 strokes, an additional 10% reduction will be applied to their CH, max index allowed is 18.4 (players will play down if over).  To be eligible, must have played in a minimum of 5 ERGC events from 6/1/18 to 5/1/19. Choose your own team or the tournament committee can try to find you a partner (no guarantees -- single player paired on first come basis).  ERGC will send top two teams to SCGA qualifier (ERGC will pay entry fee for top team; second team must pay own way).

TEE TIMES:  Tee times will start at 7:30 a.m. with groups off both first and tenth tees

GREEN FEES:  $100 for both days of tournment (cash/check/credit card accepted - paid to club at check-in or pre-paid online thru website)

CARTS:   Electric carts are available for $15 per person (paid to course directly) unless course limits use of eletric carts due to conditions; push carts available for $6

ADDITIONAL ENTRY FEES (OPTIONAL):  Net skins ($5) , Gross skins ($5), KPs ($4) and Hole-in-One ($1) must be paid in cash to club at check-in per round.

PAIRING/TEAM REQUESTS HONORED?:  Yes, pairing requests will be gladly accepted for the Saturday round; Sunday round will be based on Saturday results, and the tournament committee will use every effort to satisfy any and all pairing/team requests

SCORES POSTED?:  Yes, scores will be posted as a non-tournament.  ERGC will post scores for all players in this event.
