2020 ELIGIBILITY

The Adidas Junior 6's Race to Cronulla and National final is open to all male and female golfers that will be 18 years or younger as of October 5th, 2020.  This allows 18-year-old golfers to play which is aligned with international standards of junior golf eligibility.

HANDICAP LIMIT

All players with a Golf Australia handicap of 6.4 or less are eligible to enter.  If events fail to meet the entry of 72 players at the closing date 3 weeks prior to the event, players outside this limit up to a limit of Golf Australia handicap of 9.4 may enter.  At the discretion of the club and tournament committee, other local players may be allowed to enter on a case by case scenario. Players outside the 6.4 limit will only be eligible for net tournament prizes and cannot earn Race to Cronulla points.

RACE TO CRONULLA EVENTS

Throughout the qualifying series, the leading 4 players from the 18 hole stroke event will qualify for the 6's playoff.  The leading boy and girl from the 6's will gain automatic exemption into the Adidas Junior 6's Final at Cronulla Golf Club in October 2020.

POINTS RACE

Points will be allocated to golfers in gender during the Race to Cronulla Series events.  This will allow both boys and girls to gain entry to the Adidas Junior 6's National Final from their end of the series position.  A minimum of 25 positions from the Points Race will be invited to the event.  The points race positions will be used to fill remaining spots into the final where exemptions or invitations are declined by players.
