Welcome to the 84th Annual Earl Hunt 4th of July Tournament

Format: 3 day Individual Stroke Play

 

Field: Limited to first 220 paid appplicants

 

Entry Fee: Includes Tee Prize, Day Money, Hole Prizes, and Thrusday BBQ.  The Practice round is NOT included in the cost of the entry fee.

 

Non WLGC Member: $240/player

WLGC Member: $150/player

 

*Cancellation fee is 10% of entry and must be submitted by June 25th

**No refunds within 10 days of tournament except for health reasons

 

Divisions: Men's, Senior Men's, & Ladies  

                  ** You may only sign up for ONE division **

 

Eligibility: Must be 55 years old or older by July 1st to qualify for the "Senior" Division

                  MUST have a certified USGA/WHS Handicap

                

Handicapping: Due to the World Handicap System's daily updates, players indexes effective 3 days                                prior to the first round

 

                          Maximum allowable playing handicap for men is 24

                          Maximum allowabale playing handicap for ladies is 34

 

                        

 

 

***The tournament committee reserves the right to adjust a player's handicap based on past tournament performances***

 

Tee Times: Competitors will start each day between 7:30 and 1:30 depending on their divisions flights.

 

Practice Round Procedure:  ***Practice round is NOT included in the entry fee***

 

-Reservations for the practice round on Wednesday, July 1st, may be made Sunday, June 28th at noon by calling the WLGC at 406-862-4000.

 

Events:

 

Thursday afternoon - BBQ

Friday 4:30PM - Mixed Derby

 

EMPHASIS: 

 

- Pace of play will be closely monitored and enforced. 

- It is the players responsibility to be at the tee at the designated times.
