NOTE: This event is 9-holes only for all age divisions. No age divisions will turn to play a back nine. The event fee will be reduced to $20.00 per player.

FIELD SIZE: 48 max (Waitlist available)

 

REGISTRATION: Registration will be available beginning at 8:00am. You are required to check in prior to your starting time.

 

PRACTICE AREAS: There is no practice range at Warren Swigart Golf Course. Please plan your practice routine accordingly.

 

CADDIES: All players must walk and carry their own bag or use a pull cart. Caddies are prohibited (spectators are allowed and encouraged).

 

RANGEFINDERS: The use of Distance Measuring Devices is permitted. (Rule 4.3)

 

GOLF BALLS: Only brands of golf balls on the most current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls may be used. 

 

STARTING TIMES: This event will be a tee time start beginning at 9:00am. Starting times can be obtained by clicking on the PAIRINGS tab on top of this page.

* This is a 9 hole course. The younger age divisions will go off first followed by the older age divisions with their times expected to begin around 10pm or 10:30pm. 

 

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation is prohibited during the round. Players shall walk at all times during the stipulated round unless otherwise specified by the Committee. Pull/push carts are permitted.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Food & beverages will be available in the clubhouse. Cash and credit card accepted. No outside coolers, food or drink permitted.

 

AWARDS: An awards presentation will take place upon completion of play for each division. The top three finishers in each age division will receive recognition.
