Dear Ladies Evening League Members,
Welcome to the 2020 golf season at Oneka Ridge! This year, the 2020 golf league will start on Wednesday April 15th and run until Wednesday September 9th (22 events). This year we will again be offering tee times on one side of the course and our 5:30 shotgun start on the other side of the course. We will be reaching out to everyone Mid March to confiirm that you would like your tee time or shotgun start slot for 2020. After we have confirmed everyone from 2019, we will open up slots to add additional ladies to our league.
New for 2020: We will have more 2 person and 4 person team events in 2020, we will handicap these events in 2020. This should give ample chance for everyone to win something throughout the year, but ultimately this league promotes comraderie and fun!!
New for 2020: We will have our 11th annual Women’s Club Championship on Sunday August 23rd, this will be an 18 hole event starting at 7:30am. Along with this championship which is open to all Women who play at Oneka Ridge, we will have 3 separate Women's Tournaments throughout the year on Sundays. We will go over what these events will be and how you can sign up at our opening league meetings! We want to offer every woman an opportunity to be able to compete in both indvidual and team events that promote competition and comraderie! More to come!!
The league fee will be $100.00 this year, which will go towards weekly prizes, and food for our social events. This does include a GHIN handicap. The daily green fee will be $20.00 for 9 holes walking and $29.00 with a cart.
After each event, we will post the winners of the event on the bulletin board and on the golf genius for everyone to view. You will always be able to check your credit balance in the Pro Shop.
The schedule of events will be updated on the golf genius app and will be distributed at the opening meeting.
The ladies opening meeting will be on Wednesday April 8th, at 5:00 p.m. Food will be served as well. Please feel free to bring friends who are interested in joining the league.
