Tournament Information

 

Course: Country Club of Spartanburg

Dates: June 23rd & 24th

 

• Format:

  • 7-9 year olds will play a special tee located in the fairway. Players under the age of 10 may choose to play in the 10-12 division but must be able to complete 18 holes of golf each day.

  • 10-12 year olds will play the forward tees, with some alterations possible on Par 3's.

  • All players (7-18) may choose to compete for the overall championship but must play from the White Tees at CC of Spartanburg and do so without use of a caddy (unless caddy is under the age of 18)

• Rules Regarding Caddies:

  • 7-9 Year Old Division: Parents/adults can caddie. This division will play 9 holes of golf each day. Pull carts or carts for caddies are permitted.

  • 10-12 Year Old Division: Caddies are permitted as long as all players walk and compete over 18 holes of play. Pull carts are permitted.

  • The Championship Division must play without the use of a caddy (unless caddy is under the age of 18)

  • Spectator carts will be available for rent on a first come first serve basis.

 

 

Note: Golfers are able to play a higher division as long as they are able to follow the guidelines/rules for that division

 

Practice Round Information:
No practice round dates are scheduled at this time, but they will be available and announced at a later date.
 

Coronavirus Statement:

If the tournament needs to be postponed due to the Coronavirus a full refund will be provided, or you can move the registration to the new date or you can turn your registration fee into a tax deductible donation to First Tee of the Upstate.
