Pairings and Teams: The weeks of play will be also be randomized unless a preferred group request is made. Pairings will be emailed weekly. If there is a team format, there will be a group signup sheet the week prior, and if there is no specific grouping request then partners will be blind drawn. PLEASE LET US KNOW IF YOU WILL NOT BE PLAYING ON ANY GIVEN WEEK (by Friday the latest for the following week)….We will assume you are playing unless you let us know. This is important to create pairings and have players will full groups.
League Results: Our Season Long Winners will be decided by a weekly format point system, a point value for being in 1st, 2nd, 3rd Gross & Net weekly and as well as closest to the pins. The total points are added up to determine overall points for 1st, 2nd, 3rd, 4th & 5th Place Overall. Results will be emailed the following day to all league golfers through golf genius software.
Weekly Payouts will be 1st, 2nd & 3rd Place Gross & Net (prizes awarded in pro shop credit)
Point System: 1st Place (10 points) / 2nd Place (7 points) / 3rd Place (4 points)
Ringer Tournament: We will keep track of a Season Long Ringer Tournament. Ringer tournaments are taking your best score both gross and net for each hole weekly. Example: If you make a 6 on Hole #1 for week 1, and then a 4 on Week 2…the 4 will take place of the 6, and so on. The 1st & 2nd Place Gross & Net winners at the end of the league season will be paid out in shop credits.
Teeing Ground: All players will be playing from the Gold Tees
League Fees: All players will pay a league fee of $114 or $79 if your GHIN account is already active for 2020. The league fees goes toward weekly prizes, end of season banquet.
Greens Fees: A weekly greens fee will be paid at check in prior to league start.
Evergreen Members: $20 walk / $30 ride
Public Preferred Players: $23 walk / $35 ride
Handicap Posting: All league scores will be posted by The Oaks. It is the players responsibility to post all non-league scores to their GHIN Handicap. Use the GHIN App to post your scores.
