Wednesday, August 12th: Practice Round - $20 Gross Skins & $20 Proximity Contests
12:00 pm Grill opens for lunch at the 10th Tee
6:30pm – 9:00pm Social BBQ on the Patio and in the Ball Room - players, spouses, &
guests (Included in the entry fee for tournament participants and their
guest)
Additional people may attend - $35 per person. CTP from Driving
Range Tee to #18 Green - $20 for 3 Shots.
Thursday, August 13th: Qualifying Round - $20 Gross Skins Game
6:30am – 9:30am Complimentary Breakfast for all Tournament Participants in the JR
Link Grill
7:30am – 2:00pm Tee Times – Stroke Play Qualifying Round for all participants
11:00am Grills open for lunch on the Driving Range Tee and 10th Tee
7:00pm Players Reception - Cocktails & Complimentary Hors d’oeuvres for
Participants
8:30pm Discussion of Championship Flights in JR Link Grill
Friday, August 14th:
6:30am – 9:30am Complimentary Breakfast for all Tournament Participants in the JR
Link Grill.
7:30am Tee Times begin for Championship, Regular, and Super Senior Flights
Championship Flight plays 36 holes. All other Flights play 18 Holes
Match.
Optional $40 player pool for Non-Championship Flights
11:00am Grills Open for Lunch on the Driving Range Tee and 10th Tee
12:30pm Championship and Senior Flights
Optional $40 player pool for Non-Championship Flights
6:00pm Social & Dinner, included in entry fee for tournament participants and
their guest
8:00pm Live music in the Ball Room with In the Fields. Additional Guests are
welcome - Price TBA
Saturday, August 15th:
6:30am – 9:30am Complimentary Breakfast for all Tournament Participants in the JR
Link Grill.
8:00am Tee Times begin for all Senior & Super Senior Flights
11:00am Grills Open for Lunch on the Clubhouse Lawn and 10th Tee Building
12:30pm Tee Times begin for Championship & Regular Flights
Sunday, August 16th:
6:30am – 9:30am Complimentary Breakfast for all Tournament Participants in the JR
Link Grill.
8:00am Semi-Finals for Championship and Senior Flights and Final Matches
for all other Flights.
11:00am Grills Open for Lunch on the Driving Range Tee
1:30pm Final Match for Championship Flights.
