- Limited Practice rounds throughout the day – players are encouraged to try and do the practice round prior to this date – call the golf shop at 434-384-3411 to reserve a time ($25 fee)
- Limited dining available on the front lawn
- Lunch and dinner will be available throughout the day for purchase
- Sun, June 28
- Round 1 starting at 7:30 a.m.
- Box lunches for players and caddies
- Snack shop and to go menu available for purchase for spectators
- To go dinner available for players and guests 5:00 – 7:00 p.m.
- Curbside pick up
- Limited dining available on the front lawn
- Mon, June 29
- Round 2 starting at 7:30 a.m. (re-paired based on Rd 1 results)
- Box lunches for players and caddies
- Snack shop and to go menu available for purchase for spectators
- Tue, June 30
- Final Round starting at 7:30 a.m. (re-paired based on results)
- Box lunches for players and caddies
- Snack shop and to go menu available for purchase for spectators
- Kona Ice truck available upon completion of play
- Abbreviated Awards Ceremony following play
