PRACTICE ROUNDS
Practice Rounds are available after 11am on Friday 16 October and after 1pm on Saturday 17 October, pending availability.
Practice rounds can be booked through the pro shop on (02) 6554 7622.
PRACTICE RANGE
There is a small range facility at Tuncurry, where players can use their own golf balls.
There is a full length Driving Range close to the course at Forster-Tuncurry Driving Range.
REGISTRATION
Please ensure you register prior to your tee time each day. Registration will be in the clubhouse, and you will receive your score card, pin positions and local rules at registration each day.
REFEREES
There will be two roving rules officials on course on each day of play. Please utilise them if you need to.
HOSPITALITY AT TUNCURRY
Voucher for Bistro at Forster Club
Courtesy of Golf NSW and Forster Tuncurry Golf Club, all players will be provided with a $20 voucher to be used at the Bistro at the Forster Club. The voucher can be used any time from Sunday 18 - Friday 23 October and must be used in whole at one sitting. With restricted numbers you must ring and book on 6554 6799 (if not answered leave a message). Hours are Lunch 12pm - 2pm, Dinner 5pm-closing.
BBQ at Tuncurry Club
8am - 10.30am: Bacon & Egg Rolls
11am - 2pm: Beef Burgers, Chicken Schnitzel Burgers, Veg Burgers. Meat Pies, Sausage Rolls & Sandwiches
All Day: Tea, Coffee (instant) & Scones
MOTORISED TRANSPORT USE
As per the Terms of Competition, players may only use a motorized cart if a medical certificate is provided. This must be submitted to Golf NSW prior to the tournament. Bookings and payment for carts are the responsibility of the player and must be done through the Tuncurry Pro Shop.
PRIZES
Competitors may win only one prize. Prizes will be awarded in the following order based on value:
Men’s Championship
Winner, Runner Up and Third Place Scratch
Winner and Runner Up Nett
Women’s Championship
Winner and Runner Up Scratch
Winner and Runner Up Nett
Daily Nett Winner
PRESENTATION
There will be no presentations conducted for the Championship due to COVID recommendations. Photos and an interview will be conducted with the Champions after their round.
WITHDRAWAL
If you are unable to participate, please notify us immediately. On presentation of a medical certificate a full refund will be issued, less an administration fee.
CONDITIONS FOR GOLF NSW EVENTS
