REGISTRATION: Check in is available no more than 30 minutes prior to your tee time. 

 

PRACTICE AREAS: The Field Club does NOT have a driving range. They will have a putting green available. 

 

CADDIES: Players are allowed a caddie. All players must walk, carry their own bag or have it carried by a caddie or use a pull cart (spectators are allowed and encouraged).

 

RANGEFINDERS: The use of Distance Measuring Devices is permitted. (Rule 4.3)

 

GOLF BALLS: Only brands of golf balls on the most current USGA List of Conforming Golf Balls may be used. 

 

STARTING TIMES: This event will have tee times starting at 9:00 a.m. Starting times can be obtained by clicking on the PAIRINGS tab on top of this page.

 

TRANSPORTATION: Transportation is prohibited during the round. Players shall walk at all times during the stipulated round unless otherwise specified by the Committee. Pull/push carts are permitted.

 

FOOD & BEVERAGE: Lunches for the players are included in the entry fee. Spectator lunches will be available and need to be purchased during the registration process ($13). It will be a box snack pack lunch. All lunches must RSVP online and no orders can be made the day of the event. A staff member will have a spectator lunch list to check off at the event. 

 

SPECTATOR CARTS: Will be available for purchase on a first come, first serve basis. PLEASE remain in the rough or on the cart paths where available and don't fall behind the group you're watching. Stay even or in front of the group on the side. 

 

PRACTICE ROUNDS: Tee times are subject to availablity. MUST CALL AHEAD to make your tee time.

Boys 9-11 will play the FRONT 9 and Girls 12-13, Girls 9-11, Boys/Girls 7-8 will play the BACK 9. 

 

AWARDS: Awards will be given out to the top 3 scores from the day in each division as well as to the Player of the Year from each division. 

 

COVID-19: Due to the current situation, we are still limiting gatherings. Due to this policy, players and families are encouraged to grab their box lunch and leave the golf course after their round or they may eat on the lounge patio if they choose, but are asked to leave as soon as they are finished. Players in contention of each division will be asked to stay until the division is complete for us to present the awards to the winners.
