NOTICE

 

Once your application is approved by the Board of Governors your name will be placed on the waiting list
in the order of approval. Most vacancies occur at the end of each year when some of the current members
decide not to renew. The waiting list is posted on the CMGC bulletin board at the club house and the CMGC web
site (http://coronadomensgolf.org/).

 

It is expected that you will:
1. Play by the rules of golf, record accurately every score and play a round in four hours.
2. Maintain the course by repairing divots, repairing ball marks and raking bunkers.
3. Participate in Club tournaments, meetings and enjoy the sportsmanship and fellowship.

 

TERMS AND CONDITIONS

 

1. A non-refundable deposit of $150.00, to be applied to the initiation fee (currently $300.00), must be
submitted with this application. If the application is withdrawn prior to an offer of membership, or if the applicant
declines an offer of membership, then the entire deposit will be forfeited. You may withdraw this application with
a full refund of deposit if the initiation fee is increased prior to an offer of membership.

 

2. You are required to keep the CMGC advised of your current mailing address. You will receive a formal
offer of membership by First Class U.S. Mail when you have reached the top of the waiting list. Acceptance of an
offer of membership requires payment of the remaining portion of your initiation fee and the annual dues.
Acceptance of the offer must be received by the Membership Chairman of the CMGC within 30 days after the
date of mailing of the offer. An offer of membership which is returned by the Post Office as undeliverable to the
address then on file with the CMGC, or is not accepted and received within 30 days of the date of mailing of the
offer, shall be deemed to have been declined, the deposit shall be forfeited and the applicant shall be dropped
from the waiting list.

 

SPONSORS

 

You must be sponsored by two CMGC members of at least 12 months good standing. Each of the undersigned
sponsors states that he has known you for at least one month, played at least two rounds of golf with you, and
explained in detail all of the foregoing.
