Baylor Club, will host the sixth annual Sip + Shop Holiday Market on Saturday, November 21. Sip + Shop will take on a new name as “Project Sip + Shop” and will blend the annual holiday market with the Charity Classic that the Club hosts as its yearly philanthropic event. The ClubCorp Charity Classic, an annual philanthropic open-house, has raised more than $17.3 million nationwide since its inception in 2007. 

 

Open to the public, Baylor Club invites the Waco community to join us for a festive night of giving and celebration. All proceeds benefit two causes worth celebrating – Project Healing Heroes and ClubCorp’s Employee Partners Care Foundation. Tickets begin at $10 per shopper and are now available for purchase. Vendor booths are also available and are offered in two different sizes. Vendor and shopper entrance fees will be donated back to Project Healing Heroes and the Employee Partner Care Foundation.  Masks will be required for all shoppers and capacities will be monitored at all times.  

 

 Project Healing Heroes strives to heal the invisible wounds of our heroes. They help combat veterans, service members and first responders overcome post-traumatic stress and post-traumatic stress disorder by developing resources for individuals and their families by awakening and strengthening resilience to stress.

 

 ClubCorp Employee Partners Care Foundation (E.P.C.F.), a 501(c)3 fund established to help to help Employee Partners of ClubCorp's family of Clubs in need of financial assistance in times of crisis.   In 2015, more than 140 ClubCorp clubs hosted open-to-the-public Charity Classic events, consisting of golf and tennis tournaments, concerts, galas, auctions, 5K runs and unique dining experiences. A record breaking year for the organization, the 2015 efforts consisted of over 14,000 participants and raised $2.8 million dollars.

Do you want early access to all that Sip + Shop has to offer? Upgrade to Power Hour from 1 p.m. – 2 p.m. to enjoy a complimentary mimosa while you shop and early access to vendor inventory and socially distanced shopping with a limited number of admissions issued.

 

Event #2: General Admission Shopping

150 Spots Available

2-4 p.m.

 

Do your part in helping your community by shopping local vendors and businesses for all of your holiday needs. A portion of the admission proceeds will go directly to Project Healing Heroes and our Employee Partner Care Foundation E.P.C.F. Mystery Gifts available to purchase with proceeds split between the Charities. Valid for entry between 2-4 p.m.

 

Event #3: General Admission Shopping

150 Spots Available

4-6 p.m.

 

Do your part in helping your community by shopping local vendors and businesses for all of your holiday needs. A portion of the admission proceeds will go directly to Project Healing Heroes and our Employee Partner Care Foundation E.P.C.F. Mystery Gifts available to purchase with proceeds split between the Charities. Valid for entry between 4-6 p.m.

 

Event #4: General Admission Shopping

150 Spots Available

6-8 p.m.

 

Do your part in helping your community by shopping local vendors and businesses for all of your holiday needs. A portion of the admission proceeds will go directly to Project Healing Heroes and our Employee Partner Care Foundation E.P.C.F. Mystery Gifts available to purchase with proceeds split between the Charities. Valid for entry between 6-8 p.m.

 

Note: Masks will be required upon entry and capacity will be monitored at all times. Sanitation stations will be available through the Club and Suite Lounge Levels for your convenience. Please be sure to practice social distancing at all times. Our Holiday Market is spread out over two providing ample distancing between shoppers.
