Project Healing Heroes is a local, Waco-based, 501(c)3 established in 2016 created to help heal the invisible wounds of our heroes. PHH helps combat veterans, service members and first responders overcome the trauma that they are exposed to in service that often manifests itself in post-traumatic stress and post-traumatic stress disorder. We are developing resources for individuals and their families by awakening and strengthening resilience to stress. Each year, PHH has over 5,000 unique veterans and first responder contacts throughout the United States.
