Tournament #2 - Sunday, October 4th, 2020

A frosty morning brought a 45 minute delay but all teams handled it like seasoned veterans and we were able to catch up throughout the day. The day turned out to be ideal for the first weekend in October with highs in the 60s and 10-15 mph wind.

  There were 3 flights for the tournament and the flights were formed by the back nine scores of each team.

Championship Flight: Score of 29 & lower

First Flight: Score of 30 - 31

Second Flight: Score of 32 & higher

There were no actual skins for today's event and every team cancelled each other team out for any potential skins. There were only 3 birdies on hole 1. There were 5 birdies on hole 5 and 17! There were no eagles on 12, 11 eagles on hole 6 and 6 eagles on hole 16.  Hole 14 was looking good for a skins, but still 6 teams ended up making birdie there. Today's skin pot ($1200) was split between the two teams who had the best instance of a "cancelled" skin. Hole 2 was sure playing tough and it took driver on the first shot, driver on the second shot, and a long putt holed to make eagle there today. Both eagles on hole #2 will split the skins pot.

                    
Winners were paid in GreatLIFE pro shop credit, good for any proshop merchandise at any GreatLIFE managed golf course. All ties will split money.
