More Info
Format/Course: 4-Man, 3-Best Score Chicago Quota | Great Blue Entry Fees: $10 per player; will be added to online invoice after round Chicago Quota Scoring: Each golfer begins play with negative points based on their playing handicap. The object is for golfers to earn points to try to best meet or exceed their quota and get into postive points. The course quota will be set to 34. For example, a golfer with a 3PH would start with a quota of -31, while a 12PH would start with a quota of -22. The 3 handicapper must earn 31 points to break even, whereas the 12 handicapper only needs 22 points. Points are awarded for gross scores as follows: Bogey – 1 | Par – 2 | Birdie – 4 | Eagle – 6 | Double-Eagle – 8. Each team will take the best 3 18-hole scores from the foursome to combine as the team's final score. Tees/Flights: Play will be from the white tees, unless eligible for yellow tees.
