Registration

Golf NSW will have registration for players from 12pm on Saturday 6 November and from 6am Sunday 7 November.

 

To minimise the number of players congregating to register, Golf NSW asks that if you are part of a DGA team and your DGA has an official/manager, please check in with that official/manager who will then check-in for all players in that team.

 

 

COVID Check In
Golf NSW requires all players to check-in via the Service NSW App, as per the club's COVID Safe Plan.

 

 

Vaccination
Golf NSW requires all players to be fully vaccinated prior to the Championship. Players will need to provide evidence of their vaccination status when checking in via the Service NSW App.

 

 

Scoring
Golf NSW will be using digital scorecards for the Championship. Paper scorecards will NOT be available.

 

Details for a player's scorecard will be sent via text message, the day prior to each round. If you do not receive a text message the day prior to your round, please ask Golf NSW staff for your scoring code.

 

Scorecards will be facilitated through the Golf Genius App. Please download prior to the Championship and ensure your phone is fully charged prior to each round.

 

 

Hospitality
Golf NSW will provide the following hospitality arrangements during the Championship, free of charge for all players:

  • A roast meal in the clubhouse after Rd 1 (approx. 6pm on Saturday 6 November)
  • A bacon and egg roll prior to Rd 2 (approx. 6.15am on Sunday 7 November)

 

A coffee van will also be onsite from 6am on Sunday 7 November. This will be at the cost of individuals and we encourage players and attendees to patronise.

 

 

Presentation
The Championship presentation will be carried out in the clubhouse as soon as possible after Rd 2.
