The room type available in the group rate that was negotiated is the "Standard Guest" room. Below are the rates for the specific nights:
Wednesday 3/17/2021 = $249
Thursday 3/18/2021 = $249
Friday 3/19/2021 = $249
Saturday 3/20/2021 = $249
ROOM RATES: Room rates are only valid for the above referenced dates. Reservations outside these dates will be subject to full room rate. Resort Fee of $35.00 per night, per room, will be added to the Room Rate. Room rates and Resort Fee are subject to appropriate state and local taxes. Check-in: 4:00 PM/ Check-out: 11:00 AM.
INDIVIDUAL CALL IN: Guests will be making their reservations by calling Central Reservations at 1-877-611-0112 and referencing USGC Hill Country Challenge, to reserve their guest room on, or before Monday, February 15, 2021. Reservations must be cancelled, and confirmed, no later than 72-hours prior to arrival. Failure to do so will result in a charge of one night.
CUT OFF DATE: All room nights which have not been reserved as described above by February 15, 2021 will be deemed to be room nights which USGC Hill Country Challenge will not use. All unused rooms will be returned to the Horseshoe Bay Resort's general inventory. Reservation requests from players received after February 15, 2021 will be accepted on a guestroom availability basis, at the rack rate available at that time.
RESORT CHARGE
In addition to the rates set forth in this contract, there will be a Resort Charge of $35.00 per room, per night which includes:

▪ Local and Long-Distance Telephone Calls
▪ Golf Bag Storage for groups with less than 50 attendees ▪ Access to Golf Practice Facilities
▪ Self-Service Laundry Facilities
▪ Access to Hotel, Palm Villa and Yacht Club Pools - each with Towel Services
▪ Transport Service to Resort Amenities
▪ In- Room Coffee and Tea
▪ 24-hour Usage of Fitness Center
▪ Access to Select Horseshoe Bay Resort Private Facilities Including Yacht Club Beaches on Lake LBJ
Group shall be solely and fully responsible for informing its attendees of this charge (and that it is separate and distinct from and in addition to the room rate and from taxes. Group shall not, in any printed materials regarding the meeting or in any other manner, combine this charge into any category such as taxes or room rate. It shall be Group’s sole responsibility to disclose clearly and conspicuously to all attendees, in advance of booking and making reservations for rooms supplied by Resort, the Resort Charge. Should any attendee object to paying for an automatic charge (such as the Resort Charge) because of inadequate notice of the charge, the charges to which such attendee objects shall be posted to the group’s master account.
